Suspension Lift Kit Strike Brasil
To raise the height of the pickup, the only modification required at the front is to change the shock absorber. We opted for the shock absorber Strike Brasil, which is already prepared with an additional lift of approximately 5 centimeters.
At the rear, it is not necessary to replace the shock absorber, as the height difference is not significant. In this case, the height is adjusted using the spring, which can remain in the original configuration. Just add a 100% machined steel shim developed by Strike Brasil. This solution offers safe and efficient lifting to achieve the desired result.

Adaptation for installing mud tires
By raising the Saveiro's suspension, it is possible to install 205/60 Aro 15 MUD tires, an ideal choice for off-road vehicles. MUD tires, whose name in English means “clay”, are widely used on pickup trucks and cars that frequently face dirt roads.
These tires are specially designed to offer excellent traction and performance on rough terrain, providing greater safety and ability to handle adverse conditions.

Why don't we install wheel spacers at Saveiro for BF///MS?
The wheel spacer is an adapter used to move the tire outwards. Generally, pickup trucks and off-road vehicles use this component, but, in general, they do not receive it from the factory with the vehicle.
In the case of the Saveiro, we chose not to use the wheel spacer. This is because, when installing it, the center of the wheel would be too far outside the vehicle. This configuration would result in even greater contact with the fender when steering the steering wheel, which would require a greater cut in the bodywork.
Therefore, the decision was made to preserve as much of the original bodywork as possible and ensure the best performance and safety of the vehicle during off-road use.
How we cut the bodywork to install the MUD tire on the Saveiro for BF///MS.
During the installation process of the extended shock absorber of the Strike Brasil and trying to fit the mud tire, we found that there was a lack of space in the bodywork, as expected.
Considering that cutting the bodywork is an irreversible change, we conduct a careful and meticulous process. We carried out gradual cuts in the bodywork, followed by steering wheel steering tests to identify the point at which the tire would no longer come into contact with the bodywork.
We also made cuts to the bodywork at the rear. Although there is no interference from the steering wheel, it was necessary to calculate the space necessary to deal with the vehicle's vibrations, which are common on rough and challenging terrain, such as dirt roads and urban obstacles.
If we didn't cut the rear sides of the tires, driving over potholes and speed bumps could cause the tire to come into contact with the body, causing damage to the finish and possible damage to the tire.
Remembering that the cut in the bodywork was only necessary because of the tire change, if the change was just the inclusion of the 2″ Suspension Lift Kit, and kept the original tire, the cut would not be necessary.
