Requesting the Certificate
For you to have more security, all access codes must be requested on the official certificate website or speak directly to our after-sales team via WhatsApp. The code will only be given to the vehicle owner or person responsible at the time of service.
Website chat
In the bottom right corner of the website there is an option to chat with our team. There you can request your certificate. The information you need to have on hand is just the license plate number. With this, we search the internal system for your service and a certificate of authenticity is issued.
If you prefer, you can request the ID software and verification code from our team so you can issue your certificate yourself. Once you have the numbers in hand, enter the codes in their respective fields.

After-sales WhatsApp
Another way for you to be able to issue your Authentic Software Certificate Strike Brasil it's fur WhatsApp directly from our after-sales team.
In the first contact, our after-sales team will request the license plate of the vehicle that received a remap from Strike Brasil. With this information in hand, they can automatically issue your certificate and send it to you in PDF via WhatsApp itself.

Lifetime Software Warranty
Your car will not revert to its original configuration on its own. The only way for a vehicle to revert to its original software is through an update by the dealership or another professional replacing the software.
But rest assured, here at Strike Brasil we have a lifetime warranty on the software, if this happens, you can remap your vehicle again at no cost. The team at Strike Brasil will request information about your car and identify when and where your remap was performed. Once the software is authentic, you can perform the remap again at any of our locations throughout South and Central America.
