What is “DPF”?

The English “DPF”, “Diesel Particulate Filter”, or “Diesel Particle Filter”. It is a filter designed to remove diesel particles from vehicle exhaust gases. When the filter reaches approximately 45% saturation, the various DPF sensors decide to activate “active regeneration”, where an additive is injected into the filter and the accumulated soot is burned. There is also “passive regeneration” of the filter.

What are the EGR solutions?
