Founded in Ponta Porã in 2011, the Strike Brasil joined the franchise model in 2013 and today has more than 35 units spread across Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia. The company's main service in automotive performance is electronic injection reprogramming (Remap), which is carried out in cars, vans, trucks, agricultural machinery, motorcycles and even on water vehicles.

With the remap, gains start from 15% in power and torque and reach up to 65%. The procedure can generate significant savings in consumption (especially in agricultural machinery), in addition to making driving more fluid and lighter.

How does reprogramming work?

The service works like this: first the team reads information, such as the amount of fuel injected and the car's turbo pressure, through the vehicle electronic injection center — a computer with software that controls the entire functioning of the engine and is commonly called the “brain” of the car.

The company then gathers and sends this information in a file to a group of European engineers, who electronically make modifications to improve automotive performance and increase the car's power. Finally, the company receives the modified file back and writes the new data to the electronic injection center, which then reads the new information.

This entire procedure is carried out remotely, via the company's web system. “Through technology, we were able to deliver reprogramming to a European quality standard in all of our units in around an hour”, explains Markus Deimling, CEO and founder of Strike Brasil.

In addition to cars and trucks, agricultural businesses are among the company's main customers. Strike Brasil. “In the case of machines, increasing the vehicle’s power can bring great diesel savings and also improve productivity. For example, instead of harvesting soybeans in 15 days, it is possible to do the same work in 10,” says Deimling.

The cost for reprogramming varies depending on the size of the vehicle. The service costs, on average, R$900 for popular cars, R$2,8 for pickup trucks and R$5,2 for agricultural machinery.
