Another topic highlighted on the first day of the convention was the importance of architectural standardization to guarantee the network's identity. The exponential growth of Strike Brasil, rising from 21 in 2018 to 58 units in 2023, highlighted the continued potential of the market. With 5 international units and plans to participate in Agrishow again in 2024, the prospects are encouraging.
Day 2: History, Results and Planning
The second day brought together managers, employees and members of the Operations & Development Center. We delve into the history of Strike Brasil and conventions, highlighting growth over the years. The COD – Operations & Development Center team presented the 2023 results, including initiatives from STK Philanthropic Organization, NEX – Specialized Business, Strike Brasil Store, STK Customs and Strike Brasil Expedition Vehicles.
Samuel Moya, Commercial Director, and Wesley Santos, Research & Development leader, were presented in their new positions, highlighting the growth and strengthening of the brand Strike Brasil and its commitment to achieving a level of excellence. The development of new products, such as personalized emblems and the long-awaited Official Truck 2024, have been announced and will soon be publicly released.
The importance of internal communication, standardization of visual identity and dissemination of feedback were highlighted. Day 3: Fellowship and Celebration
